Good news for the Apple iPhone fans in India. The iPhone 4S is all set to launch in India, according to reports.The Times Of India has reported that the iPhone 4S will launch in India on 25th November, with the usual official carriers Airtel and Aircel.

Aircel has already started to display an advertisement for the iPhone 4S laucnh. According to its web page, Aircel will start the prebooking of the iPhone 4S in India on 18th November 2011.

It is rumored that the iPhone 4S will be available for sale in all the 3 variants, 16 GB, 32GB and 64 GB. The 16 GB will be priced around ₹ 35,ooo, the 32 GB model at ₹40,000 and the 64 GB model at ₹45,ooo.

Along with this, there is another good news. The iPhone 3GS and 4G prices will drop as soon as the iPhone 4S is released in India. This will allow the costumers having lower budget to join the Apple family.

Indian customers will no doubt be relieved at the news that they will receive the new iPhone much sooner than they have in the past. Customers have had waits of up to 11 months after the initial US release date before now, a trend which Apple seems to be leaving behind this time around.
